How to choose a school district that's right for you

When I was applying for jobs back in the early two-thousands, my professors told me to research the school. But, I had no idea what that meant. We're going to learn from my mistakes during this episode.


You should take this first step in the interview process to find the right fit for you. You don't want to do a spray and pray method when applying for jobs. Meaning you send out your resume to all the schools. You want to be strategic and find the right job for you in a good fit district.
